Electronic Vote

Hello Hello,
How is everyone holding up?  Those of us still here in Sun Lakes, well, not too bad.  We are still able to play golf, which really helps shorten the long days!

I would like to give you a little “heads up”!   We have BY-LAW changes along with STANDING RULES changes that need to be voted on!  Since we are not having a meeting on April 30th in which to do this we are trying something new;

Gail Garvey has set this up, and will be e-mailed to everyone starting Monday April 27th!!  All you will have to do is READ and REPLY !!  PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE  VOTE, we would love everyones input!!!

The By-Law changes have been “posted” for 30 days on our website as well as on the board outside the pro shop!
The by-law changes are concerning the;
Fiscal year change
Annual Dues
When elected officers assume office
The Standing Rule changes are concerning;
Pay to Play requirement for luncheon days. (This is only for Luncheons the fall on a tournament day )!
Eligibility rules for “Major” tournament

Thank you for your time, I do miss seeing everyone!!!  Hopefully this will all be over by November!!
Take care
Nancy Hermanson

PICO is Cancelled

To all:  with the closures and cancellations of so many venues and activities all around us, the PICO 2020 Committee is sad to announce that this year’s event, scheduled for April 9 and 16, is being cancelled.

All checks that have been turned in will be destroyed.

We will miss seeing everyone in April, but feel that in light of the state of things, this is the best decision for the members of our four leagues.

Stay healthy,

PICO 2020 Committee
